IT & Systems Technician

Warwick, UK

£35,000 - £38,000 per year

Full-Time

Job Description

We are working with the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) who have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and technically proficient individual to join the team as an IT & Systems Technician on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be the first port of call for technical support across the organisation as well as administering the day-to-day IT infrastructure, looking after our digital environment to ensure it is fit for purpose. As well as this, you will support the development of an IAPS digital strategy through your technical knowledge and ability to make change happen. Ideally, you will have an interest or experience in data management and be able to ensure our and our members’ data is secure.

You may be already working in a mid-level IT role and are ready to take on greater responsibility or a new challenge. You will be someone with your own ideas and an eagerness to see things done well. You will have a flexible approach to your work and demonstrate exceptional time-management skills to be able to work on planned activity as well as provide on-demand support to colleagues.

It’s common for candidates to rule themselves out of applying if they don’t perfectly match a role’s criteria – we’re more interested in potential than a perfect match of skills or experience and know that the right attitude trumps both.

About IAPS
